Mit den modularen IBK R\u00fchr-Hebestationen sind Sie einen Schritt voraus. Neben vorkonfigurierten R\u00fchrstationen f\u00fcr 30L, 200L und IBC-Container k\u00f6nnen individuelle L\u00f6sungen, angepasst an die kundenseitigen Voraussetzungen wie Beh\u00e4ltergr\u00f6\u00dfe und Materialeigenschaften, konfiguriert werden. Motor, Verbindungsst\u00fcck, Welle und R\u00fchrelement sind die variablen Komponenten. Um den passenden Anschluss des R\u00fchrwerkes an den Beh\u00e4lter oder die Hebestation zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, kann die passende Traverse, ein Wandhalter oder ein Deckel gew\u00e4hlt werden. Das Beste daran: Traversen und Beh\u00e4lterdeckel haben ein universelles Lochbild, sodass ein Um- bzw. Aufr\u00fcsten des R\u00fchrwerkmotors bei ver\u00e4ndernden Anforderungen kein Problem darstellt. Sensorik z.B. zur F\u00fcllstands\u00fcberwachung und Saugsysteme k\u00f6nnen an die vorhandenen Anschl\u00fcsse angebaut werden. Hochwertige Werkstoffe aus Edelstahl und ATEX-gepr\u00fcfte Komponenten erf\u00fcllen die Anspr\u00fcche nahezu jeder Anwendung. F\u00fcr die pneumatischen Antriebe k\u00f6nnen unsere energieeffizienten ECO-Line Radialkolbenmotoren sowie die neue Baureihe der bew\u00e4hrten Lamellenmotoren mit oder ohne Getriebe eingesetzt werden. Elektrische Antriebe f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Beh\u00e4ltergr\u00f6\u00dfen werden auf Anfrage projektiert und realisiert.<\/p>\n

For the lifting stations, single-acting mechanical or pneumatic stations with a 425 mm stroke can be used for lighter loads. For the higher-specification version, double-acting lifting stations with safety controls and two-hand operation are used, with stroke lengths of 550 mm and 950 mm.<\/p>\n
