Our mixing systems for single-component, two-component and multi-component materials offer flexible yet high-quality solutions tailored to your specific requirements.

Do you require a fixed mixing ratio and are looking for a mobile, compact piston pump solution that includes a mixer and mixing tube? Our mechanical 2K mixing pumps, based on the modular IBK system, can easily achieve standard ratios from 1:1 up to a maximum of 4:1. Other mixing ratios are available on request. The compact units are equipped with safety valves, ensuring that your dosing process and mixing results are stable and fail-safe.

Each project is planned and implemented on a project-by-project basis. This means that client requirements can be taken into account and implemented at any time.

If you do require a fully automated electronic system with a PLC, we will build a complete system for you according to your specifications, ensuring that multiple colours, hardeners and rinsing agents can be combined without any issues. Proven IBK components are combined with German control technology. The customisation options guarantee a solution tailored to your needs. Commissioning, training and long-term service are managed by our experienced partners, and spare parts are always available at short notice. Thanks to the modular design, your system can be expanded cost-effectively by arrangement.
